How do orders work:

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If your item is pre-made, it will be posted within 4-5 working days. If you have bought a ‘made-to-order’ item it will be made and posted within 2-3 weeks. The timeframe will be specified in the item description. 

Can I change or cancel my order:
There may be a possibility to change or cancel your order if your order has not been processed or dispatched yet. To do this, please email minskiofficial@gmail.com with details and your order number.

An item I like is out of stock, will you be getting more?

Due to the limited edition, upcycled and handmade nature of our products, this is not always possible. However, if we get enough requests to restock an item we will try our best. We are also open to commissions. Send us an email with your request at minskiofficial@gmail.com

I need specific sizing information; how would I get it?
